Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Secure the jewelry in its original luxury velvet box and place it inside a protective shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our gemologists inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
